Photographic artist using the camera as my tool for healing

The Healing Blog

This blog is meant to accompany the work I do on childhood images. The work creates a dynamic between my child self and adult self. The words have been typed previously, as in, the date of the posting will be the date I upload it, not the actual date written. This is crucial to my sharing until I become comfortable with the exposure. The reader must know before sacrificing yourself to this blog that I, the artist, do not remember the images when they were taken. I cannot insert myself into that part of my past because my mind will not allow it. This creates a chasm in which I hope to slowly fill as I attempt to repair the images. You as the reader will be subject to uncomfortable situations, images, and thoughts.
