Everyone is passionate about photography.  Images tell stories.  They take us to places we've never been and help us remember where we have been.  They remind us of how fleeting time is and they track the progression of life.  What inspires me to shoot isn't my passion for photography; it's my desire to tell stories and keep learning. To consistently try new things and break artistic boundaries.

I have been shooting for 35 years; but not always with a camera in front of me.  My formal education started in 2008 and ended with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Pacific Northwest College of Art in 2011.  My year long thesis cultivated around sports and the positive aspect they have on youth.  Throughout my senior year in 2011, I was an intern photographer for the MLS team the Portland Timbers.  I also shot for the Portland Winterhawks, Portland State University football, Portland Pigs Rugby, Lakeridge Pacers football, Portland 6A football championships, US Women’s National team vs. Canada (friendly), Equestrian competitions, as well as various high school and middle school athletics.  Currently I am a contract and freelance photographer in Wyoming.

Previous clients include Getty Images for Runner's World Magazine, McNeely, Pigott & Fox Public Relations for the United States Secretary of Labor and Job Corps, Sullivan Architecture, Winkler & Companies, Hampton Inn & Suites, Oregon Food Bank and the Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival, Sidlab hair products, and Earbanger products.
